How does it feel to rest?       

To pause?

To have things go "wrong"? 

To be upset? angry? disappointed? 

To self-accept?                Without others approval?

Emotional Wellbeing is how I have chosen to touch on the stigmatised 

"mental health", "mental illness" 

and "mental disorder".

We are human beings, living in a world of fast paced progression, toxic positivity, and under the view of a world accessed through an edited digital lens.
