"the scariest and
most comforting thing
I know is that there are
24 hours in a day"

Person-Centered Counselling is a client-driven practice that relies on the 3 main principles of empathy, genuineness, and acceptance.

Counselling should be guided at your pace as you are the expert on your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.

I aim to utilise these values in a non-judgmental way, to work with you in a way that is helpful to your counselling experience.

About Me

Working in helping and supporting roles has been a big part of my life. I have enjoyed various roles and experiences with a number of charities including

Time to Change, Youth MHFA, SHOUT, Rape Crisis, Womens Aid, and Aberlour Children's Charity.

Outside of my helping roles, I am a poet, artist, hiker, free-water swimmer, and gym goer.

I am also someone who enjoys watching TV series back to back, lazy days, and playing video games.
